This beautifully renovated 3 bed/ 2 bath Mount Pleasant townhouse just 5 min drive to Sullivan's Island’s beach, 10 minutes to Downtown Charleston, and Isle of Palms. The relaxing outdoor oasis offers a wrap-around privacy fence, outdoor shower + cold plunge, large farm-style table, TV, gas grill, corn hole boards, and bike rack with 6 bikes. Perfect for large families, groups of friends, or as a work-away retreat!

Newly renovated 1400sqft open concept townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The backyard is our favorite with an outdoor shower, cold plunge, 10 person dining table, cozy seating area for cocktails, artificial turf area for morning yoga or corn hole with friends, and even a 50" TV. The 7' privacy fence and large evergreen trees provide plenty of privacy. Inside features an airy, beachy~boho vibe with 12ft ceilings in the living areas and beautiful kitchen featuring walnut countertops and a handmade tile backsplash. Enjoy high-speed WiFi and TVs in every room. All the beds are firm but cozy memory foam mattresses. The first bedroom sleeps up to 3, with a queen bed and twin trundle. Pile the kids (or friends) in the 2nd bedroom which sleeps up to 4 with a king on bottom, twin on top bunk bed, and a pullout twin trundle. The master bedroom offers a spacious king bed and ensuite full bath with roomy shower. For guest convenience, we provide coffee, bath and beach towels, bed linens, paper towels, toilet paper, and soaps.
Access
There is parking for 2 cars directly in front of the unit. Please park in the designate spots in front of signage. If you have additional vehicles please contact your host. The area is extremely walkable with bars, restaurants and grocery stores within a mile, not to mention all the places accessible within a 10 minute bike ride on the awesome bikes provided with this rental!

Neighborhood
Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Mount Pleasant this property is conveniently located near everything Mt. Pleasant has to offer including shops, amazing restaurants and great nightlife. You can take a short walk or bike ride to Shem Creek where you can kayak, paddle board or enjoy the sunset. This property is also located close to the bridge that takes you right Downtown and is 15 minutes from Sullivan’s Island.

This is a self-check-in property and guests will be provided a door code prior to check-in. Guests must sign a liability waiver prior to using or being provided the bike lock code. House Rules
-Guest must follow all house rules outlined on the platform, in rental agreement and digital guidebook -Any refunds for cancelations will be less the credit card processing fees. - Quiet Hours are after 11pm. Failure to follow quiet hours may lead to immediate cancellation of booking without refund. - This is a self-check-in property; you certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are provided through Airbnb and/or the digital guidebook link prior to your check-in date. Failure to follow check-in instructions resulting in the inability to access the unit is not grounds for cancellation. - There is a $200 fee per day for smoking inside the unit. - There will be a $50 fee for any unauthorized late check out. - Damages/losses as a result of guest failing to follow the house rules as provided, requiring the subsequent guest(s) to be discounted or refunded will be the responsibility of the negligent party -If hanging any type of decorations, only use wall safe tape. - Please confirm the number of guests in the reservation. Any additional overnight guest will incur an additional fee. - Guest understands that exterior surveillance and noise monitoring devices may be used on the property. -Any and all pets must be approved and applicable pet fee paid. Any unapproved pets on the property is a violation of house rules and will incur a penalty of up to $500 and will be charged to the card on file.

We loved our stay at David and Deidra’s! The house was super clean, well laid out, had plenty of seating and comfortable beds. The location was great for going out to the beaches or exploring downtown Charleston. It is close to plenty of shopping and restaurants in Mt. Pleasant, too.

We had a great 3 week stay! Extremely clean and comfortable home with a great yard for our pup. Dierdre was very responsive to any requests. Great location - so close to everything - shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores (Aldi’s, Trader Joe’s , Publix). And 10-15 into downtown Charleston. We had a rare snowfall in January which closed down everything for 2 days, but we didn’t mind being homebound for a few days. We will definitely return!
