-Guest must follow all house rules outlined on the platform, in rental agreement and digital guidebook -Any refunds for cancelations will be less the credit card processing fees. - This is a self-check-in property; you certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are provided through Airbnb and/or the digital guidebook link prior to your check-in date. Failure to follow check-in instructions resulting in the inability to access the unit is not grounds for cancellation. - NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY (EVEN OUTSIDE). There is a $500 fee per day for smoking inside the unit. This includes vaping or other smokeless tobacco products. - There will be a $50 fee for any unauthorized late check out. - Damages/losses as a result of guest failing to follow the house rules as provided, requiring the subsequent guest(s) to be discounted or refunded will be the responsibility of the negligent party -If hanging any type of decorations, only use wall safe tape - Please confirm the number of guests in the reservation. Any additional guest will incur an additional fee. - Guest understands that exterior surveillance and noise monitoring devices may be used on the property. - Any unapproved pets on the property is a violation of house rules and will incur a penalty of up to $500 and will be charged to the card on file.

stayed here for 2 weeks while in town for work. convenient area to everything including just a quick drive to downtown Charleston. Great dining options near Park Circle area as well if wanting to avoid the crowds of Charleston. All in all a great place to stay

Pasamos tres semanas con mi mujer e hijo recién nacido en Charleston y la casa de Tyler fue genial! Además de cómoda, funcional y agradable, es accesible caminando a uno de los mejores parques de la zona y un centro gastronómico muy lindo! Tyler y sus cohosted fueron muy rápidos para responder y tratar de resolver los problemas menores que surgieron! Y siempre se mostraron flexibles! El concepto abierto cocina-comedor-living funcionó perfecto. La cocina estaba súper provista de utensilios y elementos y condimentos . Por las temperaturas no pudimos aprovechar el patio, pero se otro gran activo para disfrutar! Volveríamos sin dudar. Gracias 🙏
